  • Service providers: Cloud hosting (OVH), payment processing, and AI model providers (Anthropic) — strictly to deliver our services

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), encryption at rest for sensitive data (tokens, credentials), and access controls. Our infrastructure is hosted on European servers (OVH, France).

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
