Every Google review read and sorted, every reply written in your tone
Google emails you at every new review. A Gmail filter forwards those emails to your ALIZÉE address once and for all, and she takes it from there: one login, a consolidated view and a page per establishment. She sorts each review by category, topic (12 tracked), author type and language, and works out an Alizée score from the stars and the words; two sliders let you decide how much the stars weigh against the comment.
She writes the reply in your tone and in the customer's language. Four and five star replies are released without your validation; the thresholds are yours to set. Delicate reviews wait for your decision, one by one: approve, ask for a rewrite (up to 3 times), write your own, or skip. The reply sits ready in the app: you copy it and paste it on Google. ALIZÉE posts it herself, at a human pace and during your opening hours, the day Google opens its Business Profile API; the switch is already in your settings. Foreign reviews and her replies can be translated into French on request.
Every week, or every day if you prefer, she sends a debrief per shop with recommendations for the team, plus a monthly review, your rating over time, the star breakdown month by month and a topic map per establishment. And you can simply ask her: which shop had the most negative feedback this week?
