By accessing or using the services provided by Betai-Labs ("we", "our", "us"), including our website, AI agents, and related platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Betai-Labs provides AI-powered business automation agents available as monthly subscriptions. Our agents include content creation (VERSO), prospecting (ELIO), accounting (MANUEL), legal document generation (JULIA), phone handling (TOM), and industry-specific solutions (PEDRO). We also offer AI consulting services and agent bundles.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- Prices may change with 30 days notice
- Refunds are available within 30 days of first subscription for individual agents
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities
- Generate content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates third-party rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our AI agents or technology
- Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
- Exceed usage limits specified in your subscription plan
6. Content and Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you provide to our agents (briefs, documents, data). Content generated by our AI agents for your use becomes your property upon delivery.
Our Platform: Betai-Labs retains all rights to our platform, technology, agents, templates, and underlying systems.
7. Social Media Publishing
When you connect social media accounts and enable auto-publishing:
- You authorize us to publish content on your behalf on connected platforms
- You are responsible for reviewing content before publication (when manual review is enabled)
- We are not liable for the performance or engagement of published content
- You may revoke publishing access at any time from your dashboard
8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Content generated by our AI agents is produced algorithmically. While we strive for accuracy and quality:
- We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is error-free
- Legal documents generated by JULIA are templates and do not constitute legal advice — consult a qualified attorney for legal matters
- Financial reports generated by MANUEL are for informational purposes — consult a qualified accountant for tax and compliance matters
9. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (social media platforms, cloud providers).
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Betai-Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days to allow for export, after which it will be deleted.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Paris, France.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
